We use USPS priority mail shipping and standard USPS mailing.

I guarantee my product if you have any problem, ship it back to me and I will fix or replace it for free.

Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge.

I do offer custom bags, smaller and larger sizes, colors, and fringe details as well as the contents inside of the bag. Custom bags start at $50. Please email me with your idea and we can figure it out together, Thank you. SummerDawhn@gmail.com
